
DNS vulnerability is the attack in the DNS server by the cracker or hacker from the middle of servers and the user, which renders the DNS service unavailable (Timothy Rooney, 2011). The vulnerabilities normally redirect users to unwanted or malicious domain to install unsecured wares on the systems of the users (John R. Vacca, 2007).
One of the DNS vulnerability which is recorded in US-CERT is VU#520721, which describes Oracle outside In contains exploitable vulnerabilities in lotus 123 and Microsoft CAB file parsers, which can permit unauthenticated attacker or hacker to accomplish arbitrary code on a vulnerable system.
